International participation
We help teams, federations and organisations plan and coordinate international participation, keeping the focus on sport while we support the administration and logistics.
Sport Office operates from both Greenland and Denmark, with Greenland as its professional and strategic focus. The same services and collaboration opportunities are available to Greenlanders in Denmark, Greenlandic clubs travelling through Denmark, national teams and other Greenlandic stakeholders needing support in Denmark or during international activities.
From initial assessment to tangible deliverables.
We start with your organisation’s goals, local conditions and the people who will use the results. We clearly define the scope before work begins.
Possible deliverables
- Budgets and funding requirements
- Registrations and scheduling
- Travel, accommodation and local transport
- Coordination of equipment and documents
- Liaison with organisers and partners
- Reporting and practical follow-up
Who is this service for?
Clubs, sports federations, talent development programmes, events and delegations taking part in tournaments, camps, conferences or exchanges outside Greenland.
What will you have at the end?
A coordinated plan with clear deadlines, responsibilities and finances – and one point of contact throughout the process.
The right expertise for the assignment.
Sport Office is a small, specialist business. We lead and coordinate the assignment and remain your main point of contact. When a project requires specialist knowledge or additional capacity, we involve relevant external consultants, professionals and research or educational institutions. Roles, fees and deliverables are clearly agreed around the defined goal.
Our work draws on current needs and available knowledge about sport, physical activity, facilities and organisation in Greenland.
