Prisgrundlag og vilkår – læs før bestilling
Beløbsgrænserne gælder den samlede funding, vi hjælper med at søge på tværs af fonde og puljer. Projektbudget og egenfinansiering kan være større.
Fundingopgaver op til og med 100.000 kr. i søgt beløb betales fuldt ud forud. De små pakker har ingen succesfee og kræver en brugbar projektbeskrivelse, budget og bilag fra kunden.
Omfang vurderes før opstart. Den lille pakke er afgrænset til cirka fire timers arbejde. Ekstra projektudvikling og separate status- eller slutrapporter indgår ikke i de små pakker.

Fra-priser for Sport Offices eget arbejde på ét afgrænset projekt. Omfang og endelig pris fastlægges i tilbuddet.

Betingelser for funding over 500.000 kr.
Over 500.000 kr.: individuelt grundhonorar fra 15.000 kr. + eventuelt 3 % succesfee med aftalt beløbsloft. Fee gælder kun udbetalte midler, Sport Office har medvirket til at skaffe. Egenfinansiering og allerede sikrede bevillinger udelades. Støttevilkår og honorarets finansiering afklares før aftale.
Prisgrundlag og vilkår – læs før bestilling
Pakkerne bygger på samme brugbare projektgrundlag, budget og kundebilag. Én samlet rettelsesrunde pr. dokument. Ingen automatisk succesfee på pakker op til 500.000 kr. Ingen garanti for bevilling.
En tidligere strategi modregnes i en tilsvarende pakke ved uændret projektgrundlag som aftalt i tilbuddet. Nye etaper og omfattende projektmodning aftales særskilt. Samlet funding- og projektudviklingsforløb: efter individuel aftale.

Rådgivning, udvikling og samarbejde
Almindelig timepris: 750 kr. Løbende dialog inden for opgaven indgår i det aftalte arbejde.

Prisgrundlag og vilkår – læs før bestilling
Alle startgebyrer betales forud. Kun timebaseret arbejde faktureres bagud. Fundingopgaver op til og med 100.000 kr. og fast konsulentkapacitet er forudbetalte. Øvrige fastprisleverancer og eventuelle etaper aftales i tilbuddet. Betalingsfrist aftales særskilt; ellers netto kontant.
Ekstern specialist / jurist er ikke inkluderet. Kunden godkender omfang og pris, før bistanden bestilles. Forudsigelige behov afklares før tilbud.
Alle beløb er i DKK. Eventuel moms, afgifter og den samlede kundepris fremgår af tilbuddet. Transport, ophold, udstyr, fragt, gebyrer og tredjepartsudgifter er særskilte, medmindre andet er angivet.
Sport Office leverer de ydelser, der fremgår af det accepterede tilbud. Omfang, pris og leverancer aftales før opstart; væsentlige ændringer afklares undervejs. Vi kan ikke garantere bevilling eller et bestemt fundingbeløb. Bevillingsgiver træffer afgørelsen. Afslag giver ikke i sig selv ret til tilbagebetaling.
Fejl eller misforståelser fra Sport Offices side, som medfører en mangel i den aftalte leverance, afhjælpes først uden ekstra betaling. Kan manglen ikke afhjælpes, aftales et forholdsmæssigt prisafslag eller tilbagebetaling for den berørte ydelse. Kundens rettigheder efter gældende lovgivning begrænses ikke.

Price basis and terms – read before ordering
Thresholds refer to the total funding we help you seek across foundations and public schemes. The project budget and your own contribution may be higher.
Funding assignments seeking up to and including DKK 100,000 are paid in full before work starts. Small packages have no success fee and require a usable project description, budget and supporting documents from the client.
Scope is assessed before work starts. The smallest package is limited to approximately four hours of work. Additional project development and separate progress or final reports are not included in the small packages.

Conditions for funding above DKK 500,000
Above DKK 500,000: individually agreed base fee from DKK 15,000 plus an optional 3% success fee with an agreed cap. The success fee applies only to funds actually disbursed that Sport Office helped secure. Own contributions and grants already secured are excluded. Grant conditions and payment of the fee are clarified before agreement.
Price basis and terms – read before ordering
Packages require the same usable project information, budget and supporting documents. One consolidated revision round per document. No automatic success fee on packages up to DKK 500,000. Funding cannot be guaranteed.
An earlier strategy fee is credited towards a corresponding package on an unchanged project basis, as agreed in the quotation. New phases and substantial project development are quoted separately. Combined funding and project development: individual agreement.

Price basis and terms – read before ordering
All start fees are prepaid. Only hourly work is billed in arrears. Funding assignments seeking up to and including DKK 100,000 and monthly capacity agreements are prepaid. Other fixed-price deliverables and stages are agreed in the quotation. Payment due dates are agreed separately; otherwise payment is due immediately.
External specialist / legal adviser services are not included. The client approves scope and cost before services are ordered. Foreseeable needs are clarified before the quotation.
All amounts are in DKK. Any VAT, taxes and the total client price are specified in the quotation. Transport, accommodation, equipment, freight, fees and third-party expenses are separate unless expressly included.
Sport Office provides the services set out in the accepted quotation. Scope, price and deliverables are agreed before work starts; material changes are clarified during the engagement. We cannot guarantee a grant or a specific funding amount. The funding body makes the decision. Rejection alone does not entitle the client to a refund.
Errors or misunderstandings attributable to Sport Office that cause a shortcoming in the agreed deliverables are first remedied at no extra charge. If the shortcoming cannot be remedied, a proportionate price reduction or refund for the affected service is agreed. The client's rights under applicable law are not restricted.
